RCD Vehicle Check Form


Use this form to complete vehicle checks. This must be completed weekly in line with Company driving for work policy arrangements.




Office notes:

To add / remove vehicles and drivers from the form you need to log into google drive from the rcdinfoyorks@gmail.com account. Open the vehicle check form file (not the spreadsheet with the same name). 


Once in the form click the appropriate question, scroll t the list and add in the new name / reg. Hover over the option and 6 dots appear to the left of the entry, click and hold and drag to move up and down the list to put into alphabetical order.

The form will auto save so wait a few seconds and then close the window.
